Ideally, you will:
Have a minimum 6 years’ experience in SMSF Accounting within a public practice
Be CA/CPA Qualified
Exceptional technical knowledge / attention to detail
Staff management experience
Have excellent communication and written skills
BGL 360 experience is essential
Your Role will include:
Provide advice in the areas of Taxation and Superannuation as requested by Partners and Staff
Develop relationships with a range of clients to gain an understanding of their businesses, and to identify potential opportunities.
Oversee and organise staff, to present updates on staff training seminars staff have attended to impart information to all relevant staff
Report to Practice Manager and IT Manager on relevant outcomes from Manager Team Meetings
Review and oversee procedures utilised in practice to determine areas of improvement and report to Partners/PM
