About the team


Transport’s People and Culture division aims to make Transport for NSW the best place to work in Australia for our workforce of 30,000+ people. The Opportunity


We have an exciting 12-month temporary fix term opportunity for a Senior Manager Inclusion & Diversity to join our Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing portfolio within our People Experience branch in our People and Culture division.


The Senior Manager, Inclusion & Diversity will lead the implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for the Transport cluster. This requires an understanding and awareness of challenges faced by First Nations Peoples and experience in deep stakeholder engagement is required to effectively deliver a RAP.


The role will lead a project team and be accountable for delivery of the RAP, including the key actions and commitments, internal and external stakeholder relations and the establishment of reporting practices to monitor progress against RAP commitments. A key focus of the position is to provide solid strategic direction and leadership for ensuring the delivery of the RAP program of work and alignment of the programs with existing public sector, organisational and divisional programs of work.
