Access theAbout the roleThe QH QCAT Guardianship ProgramSenior Social Worker position will deliver high quality social work clinical operations support and coordination as a part of the Queensland Health (QH) Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) Guardianship Program, to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal Program objectives are achieved. The role will provide high level applied clinical knowledge, skills, problem solving abilities and expertise in guardianship and administration and the governing legislative tools . Whilst also working collaboratively within the QH QCAT Program, demonstrating high level communication skills in engaging with multidisciplinary health professionals and key internal and external stakeholders.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

Demonstrated ability to provide high level clinical advice to diverse stakeholders regarding psychosocial care, service delivery and prioritisation and development of Social Work clinical services.
- Leadership / Professional Development – Demonstrated ability to provide professional leadership within the multidisciplinary team and Social Work discipline and act as a reference point on both complex and routine clinical practice matters for HP3 clinicians. Demonstrated ability to monitor and report on clinical work practices and outcomes within social work clinical service area/s and initiate, plan and evaluate service improvement activities. Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision to HP3 level Social Work clinicians and provide education and supervision of Social Work Students.
