Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

Our role:

We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our product development team. You will be responsible for developing, planning and bringing effective analysis, design, programming and testing skills to the delivery of complex enterprise software systems.

Contribute to a cross-functional agile environment that is underpinned by Test Driven Development (TDD) processes. Collaborate with testers, developers, development managers and product owners to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

What will your day look like:

• Design, implementation and testing of new features for Objective Content Solutions.
• Be active in learning about new technologies, frameworks, techniques and methods that may benefit the group, customer or product.
• Work as part of an Agile Software development team and follow good software development Practice (TDD, Unit Testing)
• Be involved in innovation and continuous improvement.
• Implement and utilise system and integration test frameworks in a DevOps continuous delivery of value to customers.
• Support existing products including documentation and bug fixes.

What skills you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial Javascript development utilising frameworks like ReactJS.
• Understanding of ESS and Typescript for new features.
• Demonstrated experience in advanced HTML and CSS development skills.
• Good to have : understanding of cloud and SaaS development (eg AWS, Azure).
