The Client:
They are a successful Strata Management agency, this established agency is committed to personalised service and exceeding client expectations. They require the services of a Senior Strata Assistant to join their team.
Convenient Western Sydney location, on the train line!
The Role:

• Manager a small portfolio with support of a senior
• Liaising with clients by telephone and solving inquiries
• Managing email inquiries
• Client Projects as directed from Strata Managers
• Issuing Key's to Contractors, Owners & Tenants
• Assisting Clients with their Enquiries

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Strata required
• Must have strong administration skills
• Certificate of Registration in Strata
