Our client provides a boutique, tailored service to their loyal clientele. Headed up by an innovative Business Owner with close to 20 years’ experience and a reputation that expands across NSW, this team is dedicated to providing consistent, professional and efficient customer service to their impressive portfolio. Currently seeking a Senior Strata Manager, this is an opportunity to work in a great environment with fantastic support, systems, structures, and procedures.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a team of highly trained, efficient, and supportive staff with a proven track record. Delivering a unique style of service that focuses on accuracy and attention to detail, this is an opportunity for someone forward-thinking and looking for their next challenge!
The portfolio size will be decided on the successful candidate!
Managing a mixed, high-end portfolio including BMCs
Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
Convene and conduct meetings
Periodic inspections
No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
The Candidate:
Previous Experience in Strata Management
A current Strata License is needed
The ability to answer general technical/strata management questions
The ability to work towards goals
Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
Have a high level of computer skills
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
Maturity, strong communication skills, and a team player
