Our expanding operations out of Kingscliff boast exciting opportunities for both Civil and Structural Design Engineers, with a particular focus at present on high-end residential projects in collaboration with boutique architects. About the role
The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the design and management of multiple structural engineering projects in a manner that aligns with Westera principles and current industry regulations.
Mentoring is encouraged within and across projects and multidisciplinary teams as relevant and supports the development of internal and external working relationships with key clients, architects, government authorities and support services. All team members must comply with the company’s ISO Accredited Quality Management System and are encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of the business.
Please note Westera is an engineering consultancy firm where even our Managing Partners are on the tools, with complex design and review of senior engineering designs remaining a key component of their multifaceted roles. As such, applications should highlight software and technical design skills across our variety of Civil Engineering projects and/or works.
