Mars Wrigley Australia are on the hunt for an exceptional Chocolate Senior Supply Planner to join the team.
As a supply planner, you will be working directly under the supply planning manager where you will keep track of inventory, maintain factory production plans to service demand, and manage a team responsible for delivering raw materials and finished goods to service the entire chocolate and ice-cream portfolio.
You will represent the supply chain function within business activity meetings and assist in the delivery of new developments and customer related SKU changes.

- Strong planning and analytical skills.
- Advanced problem-solving capability, with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to question process and come up with ideas to mitigate supply risks.
- A high proficiency for communication, catering for a variety of stakeholder levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks - sense of urgency.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets and customer service levels.
- Manage shelf life of product requirements, while maintaining consistent stock on hand.
- Manage the chocolate planning team including planners for raw materials, brought in finished goods and external co-manufacturing.
- Maintaining the factory production plan and reporting on capacity across each technology.
- Representing the supply chain within business activity meetings.
