This is a full time position at a HEP 6, $82,372 - $89,161, plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 hours per week over a 1-year fixed-term contract period.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to support the planning, creation, design and execution of targeted communications campaigns to all current and prospective students. The position is required to support and maintain the CRM and all related communication systems to ensure compliance with university and external requirements, and make recommendations for enhancing and improving the efficiency of systems to meet emerging and future needs.
About the person
This role would suit someone who possess the following skills and attributes:
High level written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude or ability to work with relevant University database systems and structures, in particular Customer Relationship Management, Student Management, Communication and Enterprise systems.
Extensive ICT skills and experience in developing email templates, HTML, document management libraries (e.g. SharePoint), and electronic record maintenance.
Knowledge and understanding of University operations, governance and decision making processes, including quality assurance policies and procedures.
Awareness of relevant Federal and State Government legislation and compliance requirements relating to dual sector tertiary education.
Duties
The successful application may be required to:
Support the Coordinator, Student Communications Campaigns to ensure efficient operations and a high level of service to relevant internal and external stakeholders, consistent with the directions of the Portfolio.
Create communication templates across multiple channels, primarily for electronic direct messaging (eDM) and SMS, for targeted student audiences using HTML and other formats as required.
Maintain and improve University CRM, communication systems, processes and databases including incident management, automated workflow, escalation processes and communications archives.
Analyse and perform relevant data extracts and contact list uploads for communication systems requirements.
Design, maintain and provide ongoing reporting on the performance of communications items, such as open/read & click through reports
Ongoing contribution to, and maintenance of, all student communications schedules in collaboration with key stakeholders
