Senior Systems Specialist

You will provide support to the Manager, ICT and Information Services, and Principal Systems Specialist in the delivery of network management, technical administration and capacity planning services, required to enable QRA's performance. This includes participation in the development of ICT policies and procedures.
The opportunity to manage or assist with minor projects and minor works is available under an independent or third party's liaison basis.
Whilst not mandatory, formal ICT qualifications and/or relevant industry accreditation and experience is highly desirable.The ideal candidate will have the ability to apply specialist knowledge and skills with demonstrated:

• High levels of expertise and experience in managing, maintaining and adapting complex, business critical ICT infrastructure, application systems and their databases.
• Advanced levels of capability in ICT infrastructure configuration and management of the following technologies:
• Microsoft SQL Server 2016 onward, including Structure Query Language (SQL)
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM, both on-premises and SaaS / cloud, Version 9 onward
• Microsoft Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps / Microsoft Lifecycle Services
• Knowledge of, or experience with, the following would also be highly desirable:
• Windows Server OS 2012 R2 onward
• Microsoft Office 365 applications such as SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, etc.
• Cloud compute including serverless services
