Position Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help Lexicon Digital build cross functional teams that deliver cutting edge software solutions.
Having recently featured in both the CRN & Deloitte Technology Fast 50, we are growing our Talent team in order to help us hit ambitious growth objectives and continue to improve the overall quality of our hiring.
About The Role
Working as part of a team, your responsibilities will include;
- Managing each hiring process from end-to-end
- Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of different methods
- Working with hiring managers to improving existing hiring processes
- Stay connected to the hiring landscape to understand market trends
- Constantly striving to improve candidate experience
- Championing D&I initiatives
- Broader opportunities to improve upon the onboarding process, P&C, training & development and more generalist HR duties
About You
- You will ideally have tertiary level qualifications and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in full-cycle recruitment (agency or in-house) ideally with a focus on software engineering or product roles
- Well organised and tech savvy, you are able to prioritise your workload in order to get to the most important things first
- A strong communicator, you are able to present a compelling story no matter what medium
- Always looking to improve upon existing methods and comfortable taking a data driven approach to building a case for change
- An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
