The opportunity

Opportunity to work for a leading Global Insurer.

Support the Global Platforms team with a wide variety of administrative tasks

Your new role

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Team Administrator to join the Group Technology and Operations team.

This newly created position will see you supporting the Global Platforms team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of operations whilst playing a key role in simplifying and modernising processes.

You will also:
Coordinate and manage team events, meetings and workshops

Manage team finances, including raising purchase orders and invoicing

Team reporting for Incident Management and MBR analytics

Team diary management

Assisting with onboarding of new team members

Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders

Managing the accurate flow of incoming and outgoing information, ensuring confidentiality

What does success look like?

This role will suit a highly organised individual who is looking to gain exposure to the Group Technology & Operations team.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in an environment where attention to detail was key.

You will have:
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail – this is the key to success in this role.

Effective communication skills across all levels of an organisation

Honest and open personality, always willing to help, even with left-of-center tasks.

Advanced with Microsoft Suit

Experience with Power BI is beneficial
