Expressions of interest are sought from suitability qualitied individuals to join the Student Business Centre (SBC) team. These exciting, fast paced roles will be tasked with supporting Faculties/Schools with the planning, producing and scheduling of the University's centrally administered timetables. About the person:
To be considered for one of these roles, you will have:
A degree qualification along with relevant working experience
An understanding of degree structures as they relate to examinations, timetabling and scheduling
The ability to develop strategies, policies and procedures to enhance the planning, production, and scheduling process
Experience in scheduling software and managing multiple databases
Strong communication skills, high level organisation skills and a commitment to excellence in client service along with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks Salary details:
Salaries will be competitive and will be commensurate with skills and experience. An indicative salary range will be $71,051 to $94,963 (Full Time Equivalent) + 10.5% superannuation per annum. Additional information:
