About The Role: This role provides advice, influences, and negotiates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver or deploy training and development programs, including sessions that target legal or legislative matters relevant to our business goals and customer needs. The successful applicant will mainly support capability development of the internal and external customers of the RevenueWA business unit.

Therefore, applicants with training experience in a legislative or regulatory environment will be highly regarded, as will applicants with experience interpreting and applying legislation. About You: Working in an activity-based work environment, this is an opportunity to join the People and Culture team and influence the future of training and development within Finance.

Your research and analysis skills will influence, develop, implement, and co-ordinate a range of training and development solutions or projects that inform decision making and support the achievement of business objectives. Your organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to plan, prioritise and manage the activities of a committed team of training professionals who collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Our team delivers quality advice and services through uncertainty and change.
