Liaise with all staff, Councillors and the community to resolve concerns and issues in a friendly manner in accordance with the Customer Charter.
Provide professional traffic engineering advice to Council and the Port Phillip community, including report preparation, attendance at public meetings, liaison with other service authorities, agencies and resolution of community enquiries.
Provide internal advice on town planning applications, strategic planning, building and street occupation applications, including major projects.
