AddressDynamics G-Ex is currently on the lookout for an Experienced Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Kalgoorlie, WA.
The role will include picking and packing a variety of goods, freight bookings and deliveries plus other general warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and reside in Kalgoorlie on a permanent basis. You will need to be a diligent worker, have the ability to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring good attention to detail at all times. You must be willing to help in other departments when needed.
Great customer service and a “can-do” attitude is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and handle credit card payments
- Undertake picking and packing of orders, ensuring they meet customer requirements
- Dispatch orders through BE
- Coordinate freight bookings
- Check and receipt incoming stock purchase orders and stock transfers
- Load and unload trucks
- Open communication with internal and external customers
- Communicate with the warehouse teams to arrange the dispatch of orders
- Monitor and respond to emails within the 6hours SLA
- Manage phone calls and update CRM on any incoming calls
- Organise quotes and process orders through our ERP
- After sales support for customers, follow through orders to ensure delivery within agreed delivery time.
- Conduct regular stock-taking activities, including monitoring stock levels and initiating purchases when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
- Maintain a safe and clean workplace (HSE compliant)
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Active involvement/ participation on the company’s continuous improvement programs
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need to be physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks. Your keen attention to detail, exceptional time management, and organisational skills will be your keys to success.
- Must have 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role
- Current Forklift (LF) license
- Current Manual Driver’s license
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Be hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
