The Role
The team is expanding and now requires a talented Senior WHS Advisor to join and evolve with the company. The position is responsible for the delivery and management of Safety & Workers' Compensation chargeable services (consulting) to members in Victoria, and where appropriate, other locations around Australia. The role may also involve Safety & Workers' Compensation Policy representation and Training Events facilitation in consultation with the National Manager of Work Health Safety Consulting Services.
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- A relevant Diploma and a minimum of 4 years related consulting and/or advisory experience
- Understanding of environments in which small, medium, and large businesses operate and the way that this impacts the approach to Safety & Workers' Compensation management.
- Strong innovative skills in respect to business improvement opportunities, and a high level of promotional/marketing skills.
- Highly developed analytical, planning, and advisory skills.
