What we’re looking for…
If you are an experienced Xplan (Xmerge) developer, then you will enjoy working with the existing Opex Solutions and delivering high-quality and creative solutions for our clients. You will:
Work closely with the Opex development team to design, develop, document and install next-level Xplan solutions;
Be required to use your Xplan (Xmerge) development experience (including understanding of Python) to assist with ad-hoc and client specific development requests. This includes the scoping and building of the desired solution;
Use your knowledge, initiative and problem-solving skills to make suggestions for continual improvement, not just identify them;
Be a valuable team member of a small team;
A sense of humour is a must!

Skills and experience
Minimum 5 years’ Xplan experience
Minimum 5-years’ experience as a Xplan (Xmerge) developer
Comprehensive understanding of the Financial Advice process
Advisory and/or paraplanning experience
Extraordinarily strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
Problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work autonomously and to deadlines
Ability to work pro-actively in a team based and agile environment
