How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?
As our new Senior/Lead Civil Roads Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the Roads team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable. You'll be part of our Queensland Transport team based in our Gold Coast office. Our team works on a range of projects, providing feasibility, concept design including detailed design delivered for TMR, government agency clients and Contractor partners.
Your role will include:
- Experience in road design projects including detailed design delivery
- Hold current RPEQ (Registered Professional Engineers in Queensland) status
- Strong problem-solving skills to deal with simple and complex engineering tasks.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written improving operational effectiveness and enhancing client experiences.
- Opportunity to manage and mentor junior engineers
- Lead the team in design delivery for road infrastructure projects focused on TMR delivery requirements
- Thorough understanding of Austroads Guidelines and TMR Supplements in delivering road infrastructure projects
- Be part of a supportive team that works together to meet our client's goals
