Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better As a SEO Manager (known internally as a Digital Growth Marketing Manager – Organic Search), you will draw on your extensive experience in managing organic search channels to design, develop and implement customer growth (acquisition and retention) strategies for Australian Retirement Trust.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of the organic search strategy in line with the Group and business unit objectives.
- Build and lead a team of high performing organic search specialists.
- Lead the planning, development and management of organic tactics across content, technical components and external partnerships.
- Identify, shape, plan, execute and test new and favourable customer growth opportunities across organic search channels.
- Lead the development of organic search insights and research through conducting competitor research, site auditing and keyword research, as well as through monitoring of organic and SEO industry trends, algorithm developments and broader search engine changes.
About you
You are an excellent communicator, organised, self-managed, resourceful, and very comfortable working with complexity and experienced in the Superannuation or Financial Services industry. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:
- Demonstrated extensive experience in a similar position in-house or at a digital agency.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g., Marketing, Digital, Business, Finance (desirable).
- Proven experience leading a full funnel organic search strategy delivering to customer acquisition and retention outcomes.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of organic search industry tools (e.g. SEM Rush, Moz, Google Search Console).
- Demonstrated experience using analytics platforms and data-driven insight techniques to plan, deliver and measure organic search activities.
