The Client
Well established design and manufacturing company have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Ensuring customers' needs are addressed in an efficient and timely manner
Interacting with customers via telephone and email
Timely completion of administrative tasks related to the efficient operation of the branch i.e. accounts payable, data entry, filing etc
Ensure accurate and timely processing and input of data to enable appropriate reporting to occur as per the appropriate process
Operating as a member of the Administration team and providing support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports and addressing routine information requests.
Promote a focus on customer service by working with a service culture mindset to enhance customer relations at all opportunities
Ensure agreed service commitments and targets are met
Additional administrative activities as required.
Skills and qualifications:
Proven experience in providing administrative support for a team, department or function within a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills
High degree of initiative, flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Well-developed organisation and problem-solving skills
It goes without saying you have high attention to detail and exceptional computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
You must be available to commence immediately, working Monday to Friday, for an 4 month period. Flexible times - between 7.30am and 5pm- working a 7.6hr day
