Our Merredin Branch has an opportunity for a Service Administrator to join the team in a full time role.
The key responsibilities include:
- All administrative duties for the Service Department.
- Open, monitor and close all Repair Orders and record technician hours.
- Continually monitor Work-In-Progress reports and review with Service Manager.
- Raise all workshop purchase orders and enter invoices into Equip database.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data-entry and record maintenance.
- Other general departmental duties such as; attend Service Department meetings, take minutes, answer phones, take messages, and complete filing.
You will have:
- Previous experience in providing a high standard of administrative support in a workshop or mechanical servicing environment (desired but not essential as training will be provided).
- Exceptional data entry skills with an extremely high level of accuracy.
- Superior communication skills (written and oral) and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
- Strong capabilities with computers, particularly databases and spreadsheets.
- Ability to maintain focus and multi-task in a high pressured and ever-changing environment.
- Proficient in maintaining an electronic file management system.
- Previous experience with Equip software or other Dealer Management Systems (DMS) (training will be provided).
