Are you a Facilities or Service Coordinator with Scheduling experience, and would love to be part of a small rapidly growing business with opportunities for management?
For the last 20 years, this Facilities Contractor have provided exceptional service to Commercial and Industrial clients right across NSW, all the way from installations and upgrades to audits, repairs and maintenance.
Due to an ambitious growth plan and some internal movements, they now have an opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler to manage all job allocations for their 10 experienced Technicians, with opportunities to manage a team of Coordinators eventually or branch into project management as the business grows.
$65,000 - 72,000 + super (depending on experience)

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, a typical day will involve:
- Receiving work requests and enquiries from clients, and assisting with sending out quotes
- Organising and allocating jobs to Field Technicians, arranging access when needed
- Logging and managing open work jobs in NetSuite and SimPRO
- Processing Technicians' timesheets for payroll
- Assisting the Service Manager with reviewing of service reports
- Managing purchase orders and invoicing for work completed
- Ensuring that compliance certificates and insurances are kept up to date
- Rapidly growing business with new clients won every week
- Opportunities to move into team management, project management and more client-facing responsibility
- Highly experienced team with 20 years in business
- Existing service / maintenance scheduling experience from previous roles (ESSENTIAL)
- Ability to prioritise during periods of high workload (ESSENTIAL)
- A good understanding of scheduling software such as SimPRO and NetSuite (ESSENTIAL)
- An understanding of HVAC services (DESIRABLE, but not essential)
