The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Administrator to join our team in Findon (Erawirung Country), working within Chubb Fire & Security. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and tasks. Your enthusiasm, consideration, and ability to manage situations will be key strengths.

No two days will be the same. You'll be responding to customer enquiries through phone and email, working through solutions for customers, investigating and resolving escalations, making recommendations to better ways of working all while working with a variety of team members across customer and other business units.

You will contribute by:
Co-ordinate between administration, customer service, planning and field teams to prioritise and attend to business and client needs.
Receiving and accurately action inbound “calls” with a high level of customer service, by way of but not limited to the logging of “fault calls”, answering customer queries or issues, processing cancellations/some disputes & re-directing calls to branches.
Scheduling technicians to respond to planned and unplanned customer requirements.
Ensuring accurate data entry for audit and compliance purposes.
Raising purchase orders where necessary.
Ensuring product supply particularly in case of emergency response.

Experience and Knowledge Requirements:
A fast learner who can learn the complexities of the products and services we offer.
Attention to detail with good time management and communication skills.
You will enjoy contributing to a team environment and be active in sharing information and working collaboratively.
Resilience to manage high workloads during peak periods.
The initiative to investigate problems and identify solutions.
Customer service experience preferred.
Computer knowledge & skills.
