We are looking for talented Senior IT Operations professionals who have over 10 years’ experience across Infrastructure, Network, End User Computing, major incident management, supplier performance management and client engagement skills.
We have 2 x ongoing, Clerk Grade 9/10 vacancies within the Digital & Information team.
Total package between $129,972 - $143,225 which includes base salary ($116,211- $128,061) plus superannuation and leave loading

About the role.
The Digital & Information team have an amazing opportunity for 2 x Service Delivery Managers to join their collaborative team on an ongoing (permanent) basis.
Reporting into the Associate Director, Service Delivery & Supplier Management, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to DPC, provided by external service providers, government agencies & internal technical teams. You will be responsible for the performance management of these service providers, ensuring the stability and availability of DPC systems together with managing customer issues or escalations Responsibilities will also include some contracts and financials management.
The role requires after hours availability to be an escalation point for any critical service interruptions.

You will have experience with leading and facilitating resolution of critical incidents
You’re adaptable, resilient, and agile in the changing Technology landscape
You will have over 10 years’ experience working across IT operations or experience in end user computing, network, hosting & applications and supplier management. ITIL certification strongly preferred.
You will have excellent planning and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
You can influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders, particularly vendors and service providers
