Job Description
If successful for this role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish and agree the Operational Technology Systems that will be brought under management
- Developing a base Standard for systems under maintenance and have the Standard agreed, published and maintained
- Periodic reviewing of systems components (hardware and software) to ensure currency
- Introducing and leading Change and Problem Management on behalf of their System Owner
- Attending and contributing to contract management meetings with the System Owner
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:
- An IT related tertiary qualification preferred - or relevant experience.
- Good understanding of enterprise information technology and/or operational technology concepts
- 5+ years' of IT or OT service delivery management preferably with ITIL processes.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative within broad guidance, work under pressure and balance conflicting priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding of Backend Systems
- Experience dealing with Service Levels
