About HRHA
The Hume Rural Health Alliance (HRHA) aims to meet the growing digital needs of 16-member Health Services within the Hume region.
The initiatives managed by HRHA for the region pursue the ability to digitalise the regional healthcare environment, providing the best outcomes for patients by delivering patient centred information systems which drive efficiencies and information flow.
Across the Hume region, the health services are experiencing the need to uplift digital maturity to improve patient care by uplifting the Core Information Systems and related infrastructure. The region’s digital health program is aligned to the initiatives identified in the Victoria’s Digital Health Roadmap 2021-2025 and works collaboratively with the Department of Health’s Digital Health branch.

About the role
This is an exciting time to join the team, as we embark on rollout of digital health initiatives across the 16 Health Services.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for all aspects pertaining to the operational management of IT service delivery to 16 Health services across Hume via service desk function and field services function. The role also includes management of budget, human resources function, ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and applied and compliance with legislative policies.
The Service Delivery Manager is a key customer facing role that provides support to the HRHA Service Delivery Forum, including the production of monthly service performance reporting. The Service Delivery Manager acts as the ‘voice’ of the customer within HRHA.
About You
10+ years’ IT service management experience in a large complex regulated environment.
Experience in presenting to Executives and Senior leadership.
Prior experience in leading critical incident response.
Proven ability to build high performing customer focused teams.
Sound judgement and maturity to resolve sensitive and complex matters

Selection Criteria
Essential : Commitment to the GV Health Values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Ethical Behaviour and ability to exhibit behaviour which reflects our values.
Essential : Relevant tertiary qualifications or certification in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Essential : Experience in ICT infrastructure, End user IT environment, IT support, service delivery and systems with further experience of 5+ years in project management of multi-agency technical projects.
Essential : Project and team coordination skills in an ICT context
Desirable : Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Essential : Experience working on a project in a complex environment, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting
Essential : Experience working with enterprise solutions such as telephony, user management, desktop services and other systems would be an advantage
Essential : Healthcare sector knowledge, and knowledge of the technical challenges and solutions for their integration with a region-wide information and services sharing
Essential : Sound understanding of project management methodology, including deliverables, managing a budget, risk mitigation strategies, governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop and frame these in appropriate and consistent forms, reports and tools
Essential : A satisfactory National Criminal History Record Check, Victorian 'Employee' Working with Children Check and completion of a Commonwealth of Australia Statutory Declaration will be required from prospective candidates prior to commencement of employment.
