We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join the team at Vitality Works in North Sydney. You will drive the delivery of excellence for Vitality Works services across Australia, providing high level administrative, operational, and technical support to the Service Delivery Team.
Vitality Works is a Sanitarium company, established to provide industry leading programs and services in workplace health.
This role is pivotal to the success of our team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Control logistics for service equipment and maintain accurate inventory.
Organise travel, and accommodation.
Set up and maintain service delivery platforms.
Create client specific collateral from templates.
Deliver end of service reporting.
Maintain and update procedural documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues.
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
Certificate or Degree qualified in relevant discipline such as business, administration,
Strong interest in health & wellbeing
Customer service focus
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Microsoft office experience, including Excel
Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
