Job Description
At the AEC, the Indigo Program (Program) is a broad program of work to analyse current state capabilities and provide opportunities for improvement in the delivery of election and roll management services. The Service Designer will work in the Tranche and Requirements Planning stream within the Indigo Program and will enable the AEC to develop and understand the expected state of capabilities and services of the Agency. The Service Designer will work in a multidisciplinary team with business analysts, architects and business representatives, analysing the business by balancing user and business perspectives for the Program. This work is critical to the overall success of the Program and will support and influence key outcomes for the AEC. The Service Designer will be expected to develop a firm understanding of the holistic business current state and desired outcomes, working with Subject Matter Experts for domain expertise.
