Responsibilities

Frontline IT helpdesk support of staff and vendors to resolve any issues, requests and incidents
Review incoming Helpdesk tickets and jobs, assessing the impact, urgency and responding with appropriate solution/s in a timely manner
Proactively monitor and elevate any IT issues that arise to relevant technical teams for remediation as part of the Incident Management process
Testing, setting up and maintaining the latest computer hardware and devices for Adelaide office and staff
User onboarding/offboarding of account accesses to various Infrastructure systems and environments
IT stock management and procurement
Support and interact with various levels of staff at the client business
Develop and maintain IT documentation as required

Required Skills

Demonstrated track record of at least 2+ years relevant experience in a Level 1 IT Helpdesk support environment
Proven experience in using and managing: Apple IOS devices, Desktop computer and server hardware, Internet/LAN/WiFi/VPN/Printer support, Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, Microsoft Office 2016+ suite, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Zoom, Slack, Amazon Workspaces and IAM console, Active Directory and Exchange 2013+ email environments.
Ability to quickly assess and exercise individual technical judgement to respond appropriately to an issue and make decisions and recommendations related to the solution of problems in connection with tasks performed
Strong internal and external stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to proactively manage customer, vendors and key stakeholder expectations
Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude at all times
Well-developed adaptive technical problem solving / troubleshooting skills
Able to work independently and in a remote team environment
