Service Desk Engineer - Required is a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer for our Mid Tier Managed Services Client.
Service Desk Engineer - We are looking for strong technicians that are keen to join a technical team dedicated to delivering best in class support services.
Service Desk Engineer - You will be responsible for the resolution of client technical support incidents/requests, the delivery of client projects, ownership of problem escalations and the management of incidents/requests through to resolution, providing Level 1.5 & level 2 support, high level customer service.
You will have the following experience:
Office 365 experience is essential
VMWare
Wintel Engineer
Microsoft Certified
O365, AD and Azure exp
2nd Line Support experience
Bachelor Degree in a related field is well regarded
Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
A great attitude and willing to learn mindset
