We only hire the best people and are looking for the best MSP-specialised Service Desk profession in Western Australia to join our growing team, supporting our many customers' technical environments. On days in the office, you will be working from our Bentley office which boasts abundant free parking, high qualities snacks provided weekly and a fantastic team!
Duties
Providing remote and occasional desk-side support for customer environments
Supporting servers, desktops, cloud solution and applications within Microsoft AD, Azure and Exchange environments
Delivering the support of M365, Azure, VMware and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
Performing a wide variety of client facing support across many technologies
Working with highly experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environment
Requirements
Advanced understanding of end user support and Active Directory
Good general knowledge of Windows Server, M365 and Azure
A general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP)
Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion (Desired)
