Talent Street is looking for 1 X Service Desk Officer - Level 2 and 1 X Senior Service Desk - Level 3 for one of our clients based Northern suburb of Brisbane. Those are permanent positions where training and on going support will be provided. Career progression will be also considered.

The opportunities
The Service Desk Officer Role provides Level 1 and Level 2 support across a broad range of products and services, that won't be short on learning opportunities. The Senior Service Desk will provide Level 3 support and will be the escalation point and incident report for complex environment.
You will be working alongside our experienced technical and engineering teams with a core focus on achieving continual up-time, performance, and customer service targets, while delivering exceptional support to our clients.
The team provide exposure to a variety of different platforms including:
- Office 365.
- Cloud services.
- Hybrid & On-Premises Platforms.
- Networking.
- Security & Firewalls.
You will be an experienced Service Desk Officer with excellent communication skills and working experience tailoring technical explanations to stakeholders of varying technical levels. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a love for helping others, demonstrated through your provision of high-quality customer-service. Your experience will include, but is not limited to:
- At least 2 years working experience in an MSP service desk environment (for Level 2 position) and min 5 years experience for Level 3 position.
- Recent Microsoft 365 and / or Office 365 Certification
- Strong Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint administration skills
- Strong Windows Server administration skills including Exchange and AD
- Strong LAN and WAN network support
- Autotask/Datto RMM experience preferred
