This organisation is the largest not-for-profit brand in their space who strive on providing high quality products and services with a customer centric approach. This Iconic brand has seen big changes the past year and is currently on an exciting Member Experience transformation.
About the role
The Experience Designer will play a critical role in driving the member experience transformation. In this position, you'll work closely with the experience design team and stakeholders from various departments to create end-to-end solutions that prioritize customer desirability.
You will leverage your expertise in both digital and non-digital channels to identify opportunities and address gaps in our member experience.
As the Service Experience Designer, you will:
Work with experienced team members on critical member advocacy projects
Design hospital journey experiences to enhance well-being and add value for members.
Conduct qualitative research and collaborate with partner teams to create journey maps and artifacts.
Provide high-level recommendations and concepts to improve member experience.
Provide support to teams across the organisation that deliver initiatives impacting the customer experience
Add value to being a champion for human centred design - influencing and educating stakeholders
You will have:
Circa 1-4+ years' experience within Service Design, HCD, CX or Strategic Design from a consulting background or medium to large size business.
Experience participating in design practices such as: User research, Data collection, Synthesis of insights, Concepting and prototyping (lo-fidelity), Future visioning, Prioritisation (DVF), Workshop facilitation.
Seeking professional with experience in human-centered design methodologies and design thinking approaches.
Strong ability to apply data from key artifacts to define problems and create solutions.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Must be able to visualize, simplify, and communicate concepts and ideas effectively through design artifacts.
This is a 6 month FTC with the potential to go perm.
