- Salary ranges from 131,094pa to 151,609pa, plus employers contribution to super and leave loading.

About Service Experience
This is an exciting time to join the Service Experience team as we look to the future, knowing that service delivery and the way we all access, design and build support services will be fundamentally different from today.
About You/ Role
The Manager, Service Experience Strategy plays a fundamental role in developing and delivering our strategy to transform support services by putting schools at the centre of everything we do.
You will be developing strategies across the Service Experience team and embedding the Service Experience strategy across the Department. Reporting directly to the Director and leading a Lead Strategy Analyst, you will deploy your exceptional interpersonal skills to bring the strategy to life through stakeholder management.
Some exposure to a consulting, strategic change management or business transformation background will be well regarded. You will have a strategic mindset that’s future focused yet presently grounded in the here and now. Your ability to engage people’s hearts and minds with a clear roadmap for success will ensure the delivery of our ambitious goals.
You will:
- Collaborate with, engage and manage various stakeholders.
- Develop human centred design strategies using analysis, research, concept development, experimentation & prototyping.
- Manage end to end implementation of strategies from ideation to implementation and performance monitoring.
Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in a related field or equivalent significant experience.
