Our client is looking for a Service Maintenance Planner with Heavy Forklifts to join their fun and collaborative team based in Sunshine.
The position will be responsible for ensuring the Heavy Road Division has all the technical and operational resources to carry out day to day functions, with a view to assist in growing client satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and develop best practice maintenance techniques on rental and retail fleet
- Structure preventative maintenance on rental and retail fleet
- Provide guidance and instruction to coordinaters and technicians
- Plan assembly and pre-delivery of new machine builds
- Process paperwork for retail and rental repairs
- Plan and follow through quoted repairs
- Manage warranty repairs and make sure correct processes are followed.
About You:
- Solid back ground and experience in the Heavy Fork Truck Industry or similar heavy construction equipment
- Demonstrated and proven record with supervision and planning
- Computer & Administrative skills in Microsoft Outlook &Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and self-motivated
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of customer relations and customer business processes
- Sound product knowledge is advantageous
- Team orientated
