Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this position you will manage the operations of services and programs to ensure they provide quality person-centred services, within financial, legislative, contractual, and operational requirements. You will also lead and manage a team of dedicated support workers, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting people to increase their independence and participate in daily community activities.

Ideally you will have a background in disability with a genuine desire to provide the very best service to our clients and their families. You have the ability to empower others to perform at their best and will enjoy the challenges that this type of works brings.

Criteria:
Qualification in Individual Support, Disability or other related field at Cert IV minimum
Qualification in Leadership / Management or significant experience in a similar role.
Current unencumbered Driver’s Licence
Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Evidence of COVID19 Immunisation or exemptions
Experience leading a team and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrates ability to manage budgets
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both in written and verbal form.
Experience of working within marginalised communities with complex mental health, trauma, crisis and physical needs
Intermediate computer literacy skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
