We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our Operations team, on a full-time basis, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, there may be times where you will be required to work outside of normal business hours.
You will be based in the Adelaide office managing Victoria Operations. Regular management trips to VIC required and local knowledge of Melbourne & surround is an advantage.
Specialising in RCD Testing, Exit Light Testing, Microwave Testing and Thermal Imaging & electrical Compliance Testing and Tagging. Your client base will be diverse and will include a mix of Government Departments, Corporate clients, Educational Institutions, Industrial Facilities and Healthcare Corporations.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your main duties will include:
- Managing the VIC team of technicians and electricians.
- Managing client satisfaction and foster positive client relationships.
- Conducting client site inspections in accordance with the relevant portfolio schedule (Quality Inspections, Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections and Equipment Inspections).
- Being responsible for setting up new contract commencements (Start-ups) and contract terminations.
- Managing employee rostering.
- Working with payroll to ensure timesheets are submitted in a timely manner.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as required.
You will be provided with a mobile phone and laptop.
