As a Service Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the service department operations to ensure the efficient and profitable performance of our service centre. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence in automotive service.
The Role:
- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians and advisors
- Monitor and improve service department efficiency and productivity
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage service schedules, appointments, and workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Control service department expenses and budgets
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall dealership performance
YOU:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid understanding of automotive technology and repair processes
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and expenses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
