About Us
Enterprise Technology is a Division within Investment and Technology and provides IT services and technology for DoT delivering Corporate and Enterprise wide capabilities. It performs a central role providing core data services, Cyber leadership, and documenting strategic directions for all of DoT's Information technology.
About the Role The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Service Manager sits within Enterprise Technology and is responsible for managing a portfolio of IT services, contracts and agreements and coordinating their delivery across different groups.
Key Accountabilities
* Ability to exercise professional expertise to ensure that there are zero to minimal disruptions to services. In the event of service disruption, the incumbent has ensured that post-incident review actions have been fully implemented with the relevant parties through effective collaboration.
* Ensuring the allocated annual budget is both managed within limits and is fully utilised within the financial year. Regular reporting has been provided to track and monitor spend using the Department's practices and guidelines.

* Ability to seek opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to innovate; Offers suggestions and ideas, encourages others to do the same; Leverage on existing improvement systems and procedures to improve outcomes, quality and efficiency of work.
* Taking into account wider business context within business unit when considering options to resolve issues. Identifies recurring problems and prevents future recurrence by integrating solutions into work process.
