We are seeking a commercially focused Service Manager with experience in a technical field to play an integral role in driving service revenue.

We are currently seeking a commercially focused Service Manager with experience in a technical field to play an integral role in driving service revenue within our Seven Hills, NSW branch.
Duties of the role:
Foster a values based team environment and ensure that targets are met and there are high productivity levels within the team.
Achieve the service revenue sales budget by maintaining existing and increasing service agreements, managing and communicating service technicians' charge out hours and productivity and achieving the service departments overall sales budget through sale of new goods and upgrades to existing equipment.
Undertake service administration activities, including ensuring open jobs are followed up and actioned on a monthly basis in a prompt manner.
Ensure customer service excellence through the delivery of service agreements, maintenance of existing key service accounts and pursuit of new service business opportunities.
Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders pertaining to customers, product performance and workmanship.
Ensure all service staff comply with all WHS responsibilities and that employee safety is regarded in the highest priority.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Commercially focused, relevant Trade and/or Tertiary Qualifications are preferable but not essential.
Organisation and leadership capabilities shall take priority.
Desire to work in a technical service management position with solid leadership experience to successfully manage tradespeople and develop the teams' professional and technical ability.
Experience within measurement or automation is desired (not essential).
Possess strong customer service skills, be a strong team player and have a commitment to both individual and team goal achievements.
Strong level of interpersonal communication skills [written and verbal]; combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills.
Demonstrable customer awareness and confidence in dealing with all customer types.
Must possess as a minimum intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
