Services Managers handle and resolve client queries, develop strategies for the improvement of service delivery to our participants, Lead and educate client services staff, maintain business relationships with various stake holders. Full operation of staff roster and Adjustment.
Service Managers are responsible for the function and operation of the participant accommodation, management of staff and data/ records and ensures the health and well-being of staff and participants
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have demonstrated experience in a similar role or related field and have the following skills and attributes:
- Minimum certificate IV in Disability or community services (Desirable)
- Business administration qualification (Desirable)
- Current first aid and CPR training
- Current manual handling and medication administration training
- MAPA training

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- NDIS COVID 19 Certification
- Proof of Full Covid Vaccination
- NT Driver’s License and car at your disposal.
