How will I Help?
As a Service Owner in our Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention business you will be part of an agile team supporting the development of high-value, high-quality services, and workflow automation initiatives.
You will work to the roadmap with your teams to the required outcomes to respective teams. You will maintain and refine the product backlog, assess product increments, and determine when appropriate to release items into production
This role is based in Parramatta however we are also open to considering applicants based in Adelaide.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifying and understanding business needs and managing the value delivered by the team
- Inspiring the scrum team with the product vision and roadmap continuously focusing on customer value
- Monitor the status of financials/forecasts, risks and progress towards milestones and deliverables
- Proactively seek opportunities where workflow solutions and/or automation can enable FCFP to achieve their customer and business outcomes

What do I need?
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in Financial Crime and/or Fraud domain leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to understand and articulate roadmaps
- Familiarity with market leading Agile tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence etc
- Exposure in workflow and data technologies
- Experience in Agile environment, preferably working as a Chief Product Owner, highly regarded
