Their knowledgeable team has a combined 150 years of industry experience and are able to provide expert advice and support to their clients. They work closely with their clients to understand their needs and offer customised solutions to reduce their downtime. They pride themselves on their ability to provide an unrivalled customer experience, with no job being too big or too small.
Due to continuous growth, they are seeking a Servicing Scheduler to join their expert team in Malaga.
About the role
As the Service Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation. Reporting directly to the owner, you will assist with running the day-to-day operations by using your exceptional customer service and problem solving skills to liaise with new and existing clients to provide accurate quoting advice and timeline estimations for all services and repairs.
You will roster and coordinate the daily workload for a team 6 highly-experienced technicians. To ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business, you will follow-up with clients after a service or repair and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.
As you grow within the role, you will have the opportunity to attend sites with technicians to foster relationships with clients and ensure a safe working environment for all.
As the organisation grows, it is expected that you will transition from Service Scheduler to Operations Manager.
