About the role
We are looking for a Service Transition Analyst to manage the review and analysis of service support processes and procedures to enable the transition of projects and services of varying scope and complexity, into service delivery / business as usual operations, with the goal of developing and enhancing service delivery for NSW Health customers.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of transition projects that support both our eHealth colleagues as well as business partners across NSW health agencies, with the ultimate goal of improving outcomes in health services for NSW citizens.
We understand flexible work is a priority for most people and have the systems and policies in place to support it. This may include a mix of working from home and / or in one of our offices in Chatswood, St Leonards, Parramatta or Charlestown.
