About the role
As a Service Tyre Fitter you will work autonomously and manage your time to service our fleet customers on their customer yards. You will be the face of Beaurepaires and therefore the ideal candidate for this role will ensure that every customer receives a world class customer experience while ensuring that both quality and safety requirements are strictly adhered to.
Whilst following strict safety procedures this role will be responsible for:
Removing existing tyres and fitting replacements on commercial vehicles and fleet trucks
Diagnosing and assessing tyre damage and wear
Selecting correct tyres, tubes, rims and accessories
Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
Communicating safety and service requirements to customers both instore and out in the field
About You
As someone who enjoys providing customer excellence and takes pride in executing a skilled and valuable service, You will:
Have good time management skills
Has good safety awareness
Want to work for a trusted Australian brand
Has customer service experience
Thrive in a busy and challenging environment
Hold a current driver’s license
Tyre fitting or automotive experience preferred but not essential
