Our key role is to act as the single point of contact for clients in the daily oversight and management of their waste collection activities.
We also act as the conduit for our customers to identify and source best practice waste collection solutions to improve their recycling footprint, operational efficiency, and cost base.
Our customer base is spread throughout Australia and New Zealand and they, like us, are determined to continually challenge the way things get done to deliver a more sustainable environment.
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive full-time graduate professional to join our dynamic team. The owners will be investing significant mentorship into your development and ensure the role continues to expand as you build your customer focussed business management experience and subject matter expertise. This role offers excellent opportunities for your own career growth as the business continues to expand.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Managing our client's daily waste service requirements and providing proactive responses in a fast-paced environment.
- Delivering high quality service experiences that enhance our overall client relationship by entrenching trusted relationships with key users of our services.
- Developing and implementing Waste Management Plan initiatives that deliver positive sustainability initiatives, efficient operational processes, high standard reporting and business case commercial outcomes.
- Supporting our administrative and reporting commitments to produce high quality and accurate information to support collaboration with our customers to continue to improve our services and increase recycling rates.
- Identifying and implementing business growth opportunities.

Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will…
- Have a graduate degree in either business or environmental sciences, with a demonstrated interest in sustainability initiatives and waste management.
- A complementary work experience that demonstrates an ability to roll the sleeves up and get things done and customer serving orientation.
- Possess a positive, accountable, and responsive attitude to supporting our customers real time needs.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Possess strong organisational, administrative, and numeric skills.
- Demonstrate a savvy sense and interest in the business aspects of sales, solutions and deal making.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Display proficiency with IT products such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and CRM platforms
