About the role
Grampians Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Administration Officer to join our innovative and creative IT team in the expanding realm of delivering web-based collaboration and data driven processes.
As a SharePoint Administration Officer, your logic, data relationship and process flow mapping skills along with your passion for providing excellent user experiences online will see no two weeks alike. This position supports administrative and front-line health workers by providing support, advice, administration and the development of web-based solutions in a SharePoint driven intranet environment.
Activities include user administration, site builds, list and view customisation, implementing SharePoint Custom Actions and Application Extensions, developing end user documentation and video guides, assisting with the diagnosis and rectification of application faults, and supporting the SharePoint Administrator, developers and users.
We are looking for a candidate with relevant qualifications, excellent attention to detail, demonstrated high level analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Stakeholder relationship building is highly regarded coupled with high level communication skills.
Skills and experience
Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (On Premise and Cloud), Flow, PowerApps, web design, data structures, logic processing and Workflow development practices
Ability to build an understanding of users, their goals and the contexts of need and technology use
Understanding and/or experience of backend and client-side web development (JavaScript, SPFX, CSS, SharePoint PNP, PowerShell, C# .Net) and system integration and web communication technologies is highly advantageous.

Selection Criteria
Essential : Do you hold Tertiary qualifications in an information technology, computer science, or similar discipline; or relevant industry experience?
Essential : Do you have industry experience in supporting SharePoint on-premise and online environments?
Essential : Do you have an understanding and experience of Electronic Document Management Systems including the use of metadata?
Essential : Do you have a working knowledge and experience in data structures, data relationships and process development?
Essential : Have you received three doses of a COVID19 vaccine? If no, please provide further detail regarding doses received, booking dates and/or other relevant information.
