About the role
We're searching for dedicated Shift Leaders to join our A-Team! This is a part-time role, where you'll be responsible for running shifts at our new ANNEES® shop in Rockhampton. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the daily shop operations and your designated Team.
Our dream Shift Leaders will be highly motivated with strong leadership skills, and most importantly, can empower their team to provide an exceptional guest experience. You'll also receive training and support to enable you to carry out your role as Shift Leader to the best of your ability, in-line with the ANNEES® values and processes and procedures.
What you'll do
Shift Performance
- Manage A-Team Members on shift and delegate tasks to optimise daily operations and guest experience
- Manage ANNEES® guest experience on shift, ensuring a 'guest first' approach
Shop Operations
- Open and close the ANNEES® Rockhampton shop
- Ensure ANNEES® operational processes, procedures and systems are being followed as per company manuals
- Maintain venue cleanliness adhering to ANNEES® standards, policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure ANNEES® workplace health and safety processes, procedures and systems are in compliance with company policies
- Maintain supply chain management
- Ensure preparation is completed on shifts, as per the operations manuals
- Manage guest payments on shift
- Complete daily timesheets for the shop
- Coordinate shift replacements and report shift variances to the Shop Manager
- Implement marketing campaigns, events and promotions on shift, directed by the Shop Manager
- Manage any guest experience complaints on shifts, in compliance with ANNEES® policies, processes and procedures
- Manage the shifts daily reconciliation of point of sale, in compliance with ANNEES® policies, processes and procedures
Training and Development
- Deliver and implement all ANNEES® training processes to A-Team Members
- Provide leadership to A-Team Members through coaching and delegation
- Review and maintain a thorough knowledge of ANNEES® drinks, A-Merch and ANNEES® at Home products, educating and training A-Team Members on these products
Team Management
- Implement the onboarding and off-boarding of A-Team Members
- Contribute to performance reviews and defined performance improvement plans of A-Team Members
- Deliver and maintain communications with A-Team Members
- Communicate actual venue performance and celebrate achievements
