A little about the role:
We are on the lookout for passionate individuals with a customer centric ethos who would like to combine their retail experience with their hunger for travel, adventure and the great outdoors. We have multiple Shift Supervisor positions available in our Melbourne Airport store that will see you become a vital member of the Kathmandu family. As the successful candidate, you will be able to deliver exceptional customer service by providing every customer the best advice for all their future adventures. Furthermore, on occasions you will have additional responsibility that will include confidently opening and closing the store to assist the management team in effectively running the store.
To be successful for this fantastic role we require you to:
Have strong retail or customer service experience with sound knowledge and understanding of the retail sales environment
Deliver exceptional customer service
Demonstrate expert product knowledge
Maximise selling opportunities
Thrive in a busy environment with a genuine passion for our products
Have flexible availability including late night trade, weekends, public holidays and peak trade periods
A positive, motivated and enthusiastic attitude
